I don't dread the dentist any longer!

Dr. Kassan's entire staff is so friendly and very professional. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time and usually, they're waiting for me. When they say 2:15, they *mean* 2:15! I love that!

Dr. Kassan, himself, has been wonderful. He always checks to see if you're feeling any pain and the way he and his assistants work together to keep you comfortable during procedures is just fantastic.

And cleanings by their hygienist, Liselotte, are thorough, pretty comfortable and very informative. She's really gone the extra mile to help me get my gums in shape, looking up things on her own time and being sure to get back in touch with me about questions. She's been great! Even my husband likes her because she's not all judgmental like other hygienists he's had who have treated him like a bad child for not always flossing like he should. Due to her "kid gloves", he's actually flossing regularly now!

Overall, it's a great operation and I'm happy to have found a great dentist and staff that we can stick with. These guys are wonderful!
