Amy

As our office manager, I manage all aspects of the front desk, review treatment plans with patients, assist them with financial and scheduling needs, and handle accounts and insurance. I thoroughly enjoy helping our patients achieve a beautiful healthy smile and making sure they are informed and educated about their upcoming treatment. I also enjoy the wide range of responsibilities I have in Dr. Kassan’s office, as it allows me to expect a new and exciting challenge everyday. My husband, Chivon, and I have one daughter, Brittani, and her spoiled rotten Boston terrier mix named Marley. We also recently rescued a cockatiel. Outside the office I love spending time with my friends and family, traveling, shopping, and preparing to send my daughter off to college.

Ana

As our front office coordinator and dental assistant, I can be found working with Dr. Kassan during patient procedures and providing assistance to patients regarding their treatment plans and insurance. I work with a truly great group of people in both my coworkers and our patients, and I enjoy the fast-paced working environment. Dr. Kassan creates such beautiful smiles and has a great sense of humor while doing it!

Outside the office I enjoy baking sweets, playing with my rambunctious pup named Max, eating chocolate, and collecting anything cupcake-related.

Brittani

I began working for Dr. Kassan as his sterilization technician in 2011. I am responsible for sterilizing all our equipment, cleaning rooms and preparing them for patients, seating patients, and managing their records and charts. Our patients are some of the best people around, and I enjoy getting to know a little bit about them when they come in for appointments. Working with Dr. Kassan is also great; he is not only an excellent dentist but a kind person as well.

I have one spoiled Boston terrier named Marley and a cockatiel named Abe. I enjoy reading, art, and English, and hope to attend VCU to major in Art. 

Lisa

I began working in the dental field as a certified dental assistant in 1994 and had the pleasure of joining Dr. Kassan and his team in 2003. Working with Dr. Kassan for so long has led me to be able to anticipate all his needs for our patients’ procedures, making things run smoothly and efficiently. There is nothing better than seeing a patient’s face when we’ve helped them improve their health and smile.

My husband, Big Jon, and I have a chocolate lab named Big Hugo and a bird named Buddy. In my free time, I enjoy riding my motorcycle and reading, though not at the same time, of course!

Liselotte

I worked as a dental assistant for over 20 years in Germany and New York before returning to school to become a registered dental hygienist, earning my Associate degree in Dental Hygiene at Orange County Community College. I have been proud to work with Dr. Kassan and his team since 2001, providing preventative care, cleanings, and education on the importance of good oral health. It is rewarding to see our patients transition from an unhealthy mouth to a healthy one. It is also my goal to help patients feel more comfortable and less afraid of going to the dentist.

I am happily married with two grown children and three wonderful grandchildren. When I have free time, I enjoy working in my garden, reading, walking, and practicing power yoga and Pilates.

Virginia

I am one of Dr. Kassan’s dental assistants and have worked in this office since 2005. I have a long history of working in the dental field and began my career in 1993. I enjoy the one-on-one interactions I have with our patients during their procedures and like getting to know each one of them on a personal level. Our office is always up-to-date with the newest technology and I love learning about all the ways we can improve the services we provide.

I am married with one wonderful son, whom I love spending time with. When I’m not in the office or hanging out at home, I enjoy reading, horseback riding, fishing, and going to the beach.
